Exercise Classes

We regularly offer exercise and fitness classes to help people improve their health and well-being. All of our classes are led by experienced, certified instructors who will engage both your mind and body. Class sizes are limited to ensure that you receive one-on-one attention during every session. Your instructor will help you analyze the movement within your own body to assist you in performing the exercises safely and effectively.
